Our prereviewed and preapproved stamped plans and inspection reports are accepted at city, town, village and county community development and building departments throughout Florida.

Our inspectors arrive prepared with their own company Personal Protective Equipment such as safety vest, hard hat and boots or have the ability to perform virtual inspections on popular video calling apps like FaceTime, WhatsApp or Google Meet. Our plan examiners also have the ability of reviewing and approving plans digitally.


Reroofing

Permits and inspections for removing and replacing existing roof coverings and roof repairs. For all approved roofing materials including shingle, metal, tile, flat roofs, underlayment, attic vents and skylights. Specializing in roof recovering, enhanced nailing or fastening, hurricane mitigation and projects with mating or tie-in details. Windows and Doors

Permits and inspections for window and door replacements. For all types including impact and non impact rated, fixed windows, single/double hung windows, casement windows, horizontal roller windows, swinging doors, garage doors, sliding glass doors, glass block & mullions. We also specialize in the related hurricane storm protection like accordion shutters and metal panels. Window and Door inspections provided:

Siding

Permits and inspections for replacing siding and siding repairs. For all types of siding including stucco, stone veneer, brick, T1-11, vinyl and other approved products such as Hardie Board siding. Siding inspections provided:

Additions

Alterations

Permits and inspections for interior or exterior changes that do not change footprint of the residence. Interior remodel, renovations, adding new windows or doors, minor structural work, enclosing garage, carport, porch, balcony and patio measuring 1,000 square feet or less. Alteration inspections provided are same as in the Additions section above.


Disclaimer: Residential buildings are single family homes, duplexes and townhouses. Commercial buildings, apartment complexes and other non-residential structures are not covered by the services of Approved Permit. Other plan review and inspections for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, gas, low voltage, fire prevention, landscaping, etc. are also not covered by the services of Approved Permit. Approved Permit is limited by F.S. 553.791 on the services it can provide with current licensing.
