Disclaimer: Residential buildings are single family homes, duplexes and townhouses. Commerical buildings, apartment complexes and other non-residential structures are not covered by the services of Approved Permit. Additional inspections required like for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, gas, low voltage, fire prevention, landscaping etc. are not building inspections and not covered by the services of Approved Permit. Luckly these are often part of sub permits with each sub-contractor having their own independent process for scheduling inspections under their own sub permit number. Please understand that Approved Permit is limited by F.S. 553.791 on the services it can provide with current licensure. Contact us if you have questions about a residential building inspection that is not listed above. It could just be different terminology or incidental work like Demolition.
